About Coach Lu
A few years ago I was overweight, working long hours, doing online college, and telling myself I'd start when things slowed down. Things didn't slow down. I had to figure out how to do it in the middle of a full life.
I dropped 40 pounds. Not on a special diet. Not with a perfect schedule. By understanding what I could actually repeat, day after day, regardless of how busy or tired I was. Training, food, and habits don't need to be extreme. They need to be consistent and realistic.
That's what I help people build. Not a temporary plan. A system that holds up when real life doesn't cooperate.
